TRAINING METHODOLOGIES
Our experience in training methodology training and adult education will enable us to contribute our expertise to the development of the project and the valorization and dissemination of the outcomes of this project. We mainly contribute in educative projects with learning-teaching practices and analyzing needs in pre-service and in-service training concerning the teaching of issues related to multilingualism and intercultural matters through teaching language and culture of the adopted country whilst maintaining the culture of the origin country, as well as other learning and inter cultural actions.
EUROPEAN PROGRAMS MANAGEMENT
ONAGEB.SPAIN aims to initiate and to promote projects aimed at the development of the region in the field of development of adult , Youth and VET education. It aims to promote Europe and the actions that the European Commission finances, through the development of projects of European cooperation within its own structure or by implying local actors (parents’ associations, public organizations, small and medium companies).
Our main actions are Technical management, including monitoring tasks, communication with partners, quality control, etc. We will help your on the preparation of administrative documents, collecting documents for Interim and Final Reports as well as creation of any communication, dissemination, valorizacion and exploitation strategy in a project.
EDUCATIVE SERVICES
ONAGEB.SPAIN is a private company composed of experienced trainers with more than 25 years experienced in adult education teaching as well as development of adult education contents and methodology. Our staff is also experienced in project development/management during the last 16 years. This experience is the basis for the provision of high quality services such as training evaluation, development of instruments for training analysis, development of innovative concepts for the acquisition of adult education competencies, including development and evaluation of learning modules.
